You can do add or delete the number of locations associated to your account anytime. And the subscription fee will be adjusted accordingly based on the number of locations for the next invoicing cycle.

My account is displaying incorrect information
There could be many reasons associated to this issue. Please make sure your locations are synchronised properly with the GeoKing platform, by checking the Integrations page and for more on this please check our Knowledge base here. Should you find everything normal with your integrations, then kindly contact your Relationship Manager to assist you with this matter.
How can I recover or reset my password?
You can recover or reset the password by following these points given below:

1 In order to reset the password, you need to click the given link ###.Geoking.biz

2 After that, you need to follow the instructions that you will receive in your email to reset the password.

In this way, you will be able to reset and recover the password successfully.

How do I sync my GMB listings (and other platforms) with the Geoking platform?
To sync GMB listings (and other platforms) with the GeoKing platform, you need to follow the steps given below:

1 In the first step, you need to go to the settings of the platform.

2 In the second step, you need to select the option of “My Profile” of the platform.

3 Then, in the third step, select the option of “My integrations”.

4 In the fourth step, to sync GMB accounts (and other platforms) with the GeoKing platform, you need to connect your google GMB account or the platform of your choice.

How do i invite my team to access the platform?
By subscribing to this service you and your team get unlimited access to the dashboard, the reports and every other feature available with your package.
Can i delete a negative review?
Some reviews can be reported as inappropriate for Google to remove given they are offensive, legal issues, privacy concerns, aren’t relevant to the place reviewed, or cause a conflict of interest. For more on this, please follow this link.

But overall, Negative reviews cannot be deleted but responding to them will help keep your profile active and your customers engaged, and the insight will help you make sure the issue is not repeated.

How do I make sure my business listings are always up to date?
When information about your business changes, update it with Google My Business. Keeping your account up-to-date makes sure that Google has the most accurate information to share with potential customers. In some cases, Google may not accept changes if we believe they’re inaccurate.

If you have 100+ locations then your package enables you to integrate your Geoking platform with the system of your choice. Please contact your RM to discuss your integration requirements in further details.
