NPS is a major key performance indicator (KPI) to measure your business performance.
Here are the steps to get the NPS for your business on your GeoKing platform.
Step 1: Log in to your GeoKing account
Log on to your GeoKing platform, and click on the login button.
Enter your email ID and password. Now click on the SIGN IN button.
Step 2: Click on the Reviews link in the left-hand pane.
Step 3: Now, click on the Generate Reviews link.
Step 4: On the following window:
Choose the email template for this campaign: Select NPS
. Enter Email Address
. Enter Email Subject
. Compose Email
Step 5: Click on the Confirm button.
Step 6: Now, check your email. And select the rating between 1 and 10.
Step 7: Now, on the dashboard of your GeoKing platform, scroll down until you see NPS:
Step 8: Now, click on respondents on the top right corner of NPS.
